❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do the prints come with frames?
A: Nope — all artwork is sold unframed. This keeps shipping safe, costs low, and lets you choose your own frame style. Whether you go sleek black, rustic wood, or full gallery wall vibes, it’s your call. (Just make sure the size matches — we list them clearly.)

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. UK delivery usually takes 2–4 days after dispatch. International orders vary, but we’ll keep you updated with tracking info once it’s on the move.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are printed and shipped from within the UK via our trusted professional print partner.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Just note that delivery times and customs fees (if applicable) will vary by country.

Q: What kind of paper do you use?
A: We use museum-quality matte art paper — thick, durable, and made for bold colours and crisp detail. Basically, it’s built to impress.

Q: Can I return or exchange a print?
A: If your print arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, but we’ll always work with you if there’s a problem.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If we haven’t sent it to print yet, we’ll do our best to help. Drop us an email ASAP with your order number. Once it’s in production, we can’t make changes — so be quick!

Q: Are the colours exactly like what I see on screen?
A: Pretty close — but keep in mind that screens vary. The final print may have slight differences depending on your device's brightness or colour settings.

Q: Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
A: Yes — we do! If you need a specific size or want to tweak a design (or even have an idea for something completely new), just get in touch. If we can make it happen, we will.

Q: Who designs all this stuff?
A: Every single piece is designed in-house by Lewis — the founder, artist, and man with far too many pop culture references rattling around his head.
